About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist to lead client engagements focused on acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across paid, organic, and owned channels.

What You Will Do

Build full-funnel growth strategies for clients across B2B and B2C verticals. Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Develop SEO and content strategies grounded in keyword research and competitive analysis. Set up attribution frameworks and reporting dashboards to measure what is working and what is not.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation. Proven track record of managing six-figure ad budgets and delivering measurable ROI. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools. Understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Ability to communicate strategy clearly to clients and translate data into actionable recommendations.
